TMTC Summer Running ProgramThe Trials of Miles Track Club is here to provide running opportunities to athletes in grades 6th – 12th this summer. These opportunities will include plyometrics, running mechanics, speed development, strength & endurance training.All athletes who participate must complete the TMTC google form & turn in the club waiver found on the website.• Organized summer practices will begin June 19th
• Practice will meet in the weight room of Pomona High School
• Practice will be from 6:30am – 8:30amEmail and this website (www.bigcatdistance.com/tmtc) will be the main communication avenues.#TMTC
